Thank you for supporting the inaugural Danny Townsend Memorial Classic. This page includes key details for players, along with what we need from you to help the day run smoothly.

Your support helps make the Danny Townsend Memorial Classic a meaningful event for our community and for Jonathan’s Path. We appreciate your partnership and look forward to seeing you on the course.

What We Need From You

  1. Confirm your Foursome in OneCause​
    Please complete by Monday, May 4th
    Please make sure all members of your foursome are registered on our OneCause event page. This ensures everyone receives event communications and text updates throughout the day.

  2. Submit Rental Club Needs - One Form per Foursome
    If anyone in your group needs rental clubs, please complete this short form so we can coordinate with the course. Only one submission per foursome is needed. You will be asked to indicate if rental clubs are needed and whether they are left or right-handed.
     

  3. Download the Golf Genius App for scoring
    We will be using Golf Genius for live scoring during the tournament. Please download the Golf Genius app to your phone before tournament day. We will provide the event access code at check in.
     

  4. Plan your arrival time for check in
    Check in will begin at 6:45am on tournament day. Please plan to arrive in time to check in, pick up your materials, and get settled before our 8:00am shotgun start. If you plan to rent clubs, arriving close to 6:45am is recommended.​​​

Event Day Logistics

  • Check in and snacks start at 6:45am in the breezeway. You will have the opportunity to purchase mulligans at check-in.

  • You will receive a Swag Bag courtesy of Green Span Profiles for each player, including golf balls sponsored by Stealth Electric Company.

  • Crete United will be sponsoring a putting contest prior to game play.

  • Snack and drink carts will be available on the course throughout your round, thanks to our beverage cart sponsors Iceberg Mechanical & Refrigeration, TTL, Inc., and Savage Brothers Painting.

  • Lunch will be served in the pavilion between 12:00–2:00pm.

  • Additional details on contests, sponsors, and day of timing will be shared via text reminders.
